Based in the Plymouth Branch, Mara’s day-to-day responsibilities include managing clients’ enquiries, providing general support to her team on various aspects of work while efficiently managing her own caseload from preparing court documents, correspondence, drafting and reviewing documents. Mara is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to her clients by guiding them through the process with clarity ensuring a comprehensive understanding throughout. Mara gained her knowledge in Employment Law through her Business Management degree and has recently achieved a CIPD Level 3 Diploma in Human Resource Practice as part of her continuing professional development. I needed help and advice on an employment matter, and had spoken to a few different lawyers and solicitors. I was in the process of things progressing but I wanted someone more local to me incase things progressed in a different direction, and that had clear and understandable pricing so I knew how to proceed without the fear of unexpected financial burdens. My initial contact was with Mara, she was quick to respond, with clear, direct and helpful advice. Their pricing structure put me at ease because I knew exactly where I would stand and what I would have to pay, and what my Employer would pay.
I then dealt with Victoria, who again was quick and clear with finalising it all.
They made an unpleasant and stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Drafting of Employment Contracts
Mara was a great in regards to the re-drafting of our contracts. She answered all our relevant questions I asked and the contracts covered, and included, all the new relevant points we wished to be added. I felt I was able to ask any questions about contracts and Mara responded really quickly.
