Financial Settlement
I used the services of Sinclair Law to negotiate a financial settlement. This turned out to be a long and drawn out process lasting 3 years from my initial consultation to my court hearing due to various factors beyond my control and that of Sinclair Law.
Lucy was extremely professional throughout. She explained each stage of the legal process clearly so that I was always aware of what was going to happen. She kept in regular contact with me and responded to emails in a very timely manner.
I always felt that I was a priority and that Lucy had my best interests at heart. She suggested a couple of ways to save on my costs which I found refreshing and kind.
I also came into brief contact with Heidi, Charlotte and Phoebe from the Sinclair Law team who were all extremely professional and efficient.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lucy and the team at Sinclair Law. They did an excellent job with my case and I got a very good outcome thanks to their professionalism, attention to detail and competence.

Clear, comprehensive and accurate advice.
Jeanette Birch answered all my questions regarding a care proceedings / special guardianship matter. Her advice proved to be very accurate and was clear and easy to understand. Due to the nature of my involvement in the case, only one appointment was necessary as I needed to understand the implications of becoming a special guardian, but Jeanette explained everything fully and is an expert in her field. First class divorce solicitor
Lucy Hart runs a dynamic divorce practice her down to earth pragmatic advice and style means your likely to come out of your divorce litigation quicker and for it costing less , at a very difficult time in anyone’s life it’s important to assemble a team that you can rely on without a doubt lucy was that !

Excellent Practice
I have found Sinclair Law Solicitors to be highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Their attention to detail and expertise has been greatly appreciated, as I had no knowledge myself to deal with an extremely stressful and complex Family Law matter, as well as a Divorce. When things felt overwhelming they were there to reassure and guide.

Thoughtful and caring at a difficult time
Steered us towards the "Collaborative Process", which removed a lot of the confrontation from the situation and has meant that me ex and I still maintain good relations

Review of my divorce
My divorce was a particularly difficult one. My ex husband made everything extremely difficult and dragged the divorce out so that it took nearly two years to conclude. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole proceedings. She was incredibly professional and kind. She dealt with my ex husband and his solicitor in a tough but fair way. I felt that she always had my best interests at the forefront of her thoughts when giving advice and dealing with my ex husband’s solicitors. Jeanette went above and beyond in representing me, even having to deal with direct phone calls from my ex. I am incredibly grateful to her and all that she has done for me and cannot recommend her and Sinclair law enough.

Sinclaire Law we’re amazing at helping me navigate a difficult divorce
Lucy Hart heads up the team at Sinclaire Law , I choose a northern firm as it is competitive with London rates without compromising quality of service. Lucy’s approach was pragmatic and knowledgeable and I had a very real sense that she was watching the expenditure and had my back on that point , something that is not necessarily common amongst law firms. Navigating a divorce you need someone strong in your corner and without hesitation I would recommend Lucy & Sinclaire law.

Professional but empathetic
