Efficient, communicative and pleasant
Fishers represented us with the sale of our late fathers house. They acted with courteous professionalism and efficiency. They showed good communication and were pretty much always avaiable to talk to if we needed to. I would recommend.

This is the 2nd time that Sarah has acted on my behalf, first for the sale of my parents house under LPA and this time for the sale & purchase of my properties.
Both times I haven’t been able to fault her. She is quick to return my calls if she cant take them at the time and efficient in answering my queries. In most cases she is already querying things on my behalf, and has questioned things that I would not have even thought of.

An almost seamless house purchase.
When look around for quotations to help us buy our house, which we rented at the time, Sarah and Fishers were quick to respond and they did so with a clear price. As we were not buying through and estate agent we were told the purchase should be completed in a matter of weeks. Our only gripe with the sale we had was that Sarah insisted our landlord changed his name on the deeds before the purchase would go through. We felt this was unnecessary as it surely would of been easier to change his name on the paperwork to match the deeds? In the end it all went through on the date we was told it would do.
