Claire and her admin team, Carrie, Abby and Katie kept me informed every step of the way. I received regular emails and telephone calls with updates. Professional & courteous from start to finish
I can’t fault Ashtons & the service they have provided me at all. Last year has been a whirlwind for myself & amongst other things my home had to be put on the market. Ashtons have handled the sale & all matters with total professionalism & sensitivity. I have been kept in the loop from all of the executives dealing with the sale. Claire Beckett has been my 1st port of call & I can not rate her service & dedication enough. From start to finish she has made everything run so smoothly (although I’m sure it isn’t always). She & her team are a credit to Ashtons & I will not hesitate to be in touch when I require their representation again. Thank you very much

Great help

Great service
Claire and her team did a brilliant job for us recently when we were selling a property in the North West. When a problem arose they were quick to contact us and suggested possible solutions. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very plesed
My sister and i would like to thank everyone at Ashtons LLP for their help when we lost our dear Mum.Ashtons LLP dealt with Mum's estate and also the conveyancing on Mum and Dads bungalow,the latter being a headache but they were brilliant and got us through it.Ashtons LLP dealt with it all very professionallyand kept us well informed through the process.We would reccomend them.

Fantastic Service as always!
I have used Claire Beckett & Melissa Norman for many years now on more than 10 residential purchases and property sale matters. They have always provided an excellent service and are very thorough which is what you need when you are buying a property! Would recommend them to anyone from first time buyers to portfolio landlords.

Residential Purchase Transaction
I just wanted to say how extremely impressed I was with Claire Beckett and her amazing team, in particular Grace White and James Husher.
I initially put an offer on a flat in July 2022 and a few months into the transaction, it became increasingly apparent that the Lease was defective and despite promises of a Lease extension, I eventually made the decision to pull out. I was treated with empathy, kindness and support by Claire and so when I found another Leasehold property in December 2022, I had no hesitation in instructing Claire again.
By this time, I had started working as a paralegal in a residential conveyancing team based in Buckinghamshire and it would have been easy to instruct from within my firm, but Claire and her team are amazing and I wanted to stick with them.
Today, despite some obstacles from the Seller and his solicitors I have completed on my new family home and I couldn't have been in safer hands. Claire went above and beyond to get my purchase 'over the line' and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to any prospective Sellers and/or Buyers.

Excellent service
I would highly recommend Ashtons for conveyancing. I had what should have been a fairly simple sale and purchase that ended up being prolonged with several delays. Claire and Melissa were very supportive with reassuring advice and perseverance all the way through to completion.

Swift exchange and completion
Initially I was not impressed with Ashton’s service but after expressing my concerns they listened to what I was worried about and after that they were completely professional and completed the sale of my house quickly and efficiently. discussion
