My wife and I have always dealt with Wolferstans at their Plymstock Office for over 45 years. This has included two property sales & conveyancing for both: we have recently renewed our wills which included the nil rate band discretionary trust. This involves quite a lot of legal work to set up and we were very pleased with advice and explanations on this complex subject. Ms Georgina Pollard being a delight as our solicitor.

Will & lasting Power of Attorney's
Georgina Pollard throughout the creating of my Will and 2 Lasting Power of Attorneys was a true professional. She was a great help in constructing both Will & LPA’s. She made me feel welcome at all times. Because of my Vision impairment I would especially like to single her out for reading, allowed to me, both my Will and LPA,s, I was really grateful for that.

Excellent + Friendly Support
I contacted Wolferstans via their website about their will writing services. I was called the same day and spoke to a friendly member of staff who booked me in for an initial appointment with Georgina.
Georgina was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all the questions I had. I felt comfortable throughout and everything was efficient and completed to a high quality. I would highly recommend.

Totally Satisfied Wills
My wills were completed by Georgina who I would recommend her 100%. Extremely efficient, patient and knowledgeable.
