I had a deadline to meet, regarding the sale of my property, I was told that a ten day turn around was achievable. The buyers Solicitor had managed to send all paperwork across to Toby, only to get nothing in return. Finally after six days in, he contacted me. I ended up doing most of the work, I was chasing him up everyday, via text and email and phone. I was contacting the buyer and the buyers Solicitor, it was ridiculous. At one point the buyer was going to walk away, because he too, had finally had enough. It was a bad experience from start to finish, it took him a month to do what most Solicitors would have done in ten days.
