Malalei is an accomplished legal professional with a specialisation in assisting the Principal Solicitor in casework and handling immigration, family, and litigation matters. Her role also involves providing valuable legal advice to clients, which includes tasks like taking client instructions, drafting legal documents and witness statements, as well as processing evidence. In addition to these legal responsibilities, she also manages various administrative duties. Malalei’s academic journey includes earning an LLB Law degree from Coventry University in 2016, followed by the completion of the LPC with LLM from the University of Law, Birmingham in 2017. These qualifications serve as the foundation of her legal expertise. Before joining Tann Law Solicitors, Malalei gained valuable experience working in Rugby, where she dealt with parents and children in care proceedings. This role exposed her to the sensitive nature of such legal work, including attending court hearings with counsels. She has also worked in a niche area of defendant insurance claim litigation.
