Sale and Purchase Bristol
The staff at Alletsons took a lot of stress out of a stressful process, they kept us up to date and answered our many questions quickly. We really like the use of Hoowla (a case management system) so we could keep track of our progress without having to bug Keri/Sarah. We would definitely recommend Alletsons.

Brilliant service from Keri and Sarah
Brilliant service from Keri and Sarah throughout.
They kept us informed throughout the process and were tenacious chasing the management company and landlord to get the sale of our leasehold property over the line.
I would definitely use them again.

Highly recommended
Both Keri and Sarah were great to deal with and were exceptionally patient and professional when dealing with an extremely unhelpful solicitor on the buyer's side. They were calm and tenacious throughout, and moved quickly to get our sale over the line when the buyer was (finally) ready. Keri fully understood and dealt with a slightly unusual transfer of freehold happening alongside the sale of the leasehold flat which was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic every time

Best Conveyancing in the UK
I have worked with Keri McNeil for over 10 years now and have followed her when she moved to Allestons a few years ago. You cannot fault her in any way, nor her assistant Sarah Chilton - they are exceptionally diligent and pragmatic in their approach and ensure cases are completed in a timely manner. To top it off they are both very nice people!

Smooth house sale
Very friendly and efficient service. Bit of a last minute panic over contract documents having to be resubmitted as not in correct format. Keri was super helpful and gave me lots of helpful advice.

Great service in property purchase
It was my 1st property purchase and being a FTB it was a relief to feel so supported by the team. Keri would answer all my queries raised in full...sometimes and at a high level regarding the overall process and also in great detail anything I was still not sure of. I felt like I was in safe and competent hands and would highly recommend!
