Thorough and efficient
ORJ helped us with the purchase of our first home. Jade and her assistants Wendy and Kimberley were really helpful and answered all our questions. Despite having the Christmas break putting a pause on things, the team were very efficient and thorough. They are friendly and helpful when we had questions about the process, and even took time to explain certain things to us as first time buyers. A lot of the time, they just got on with everything in the background and would update us as and when needed. We had pressure from higher up our chain to exchange promptly, but ORJ didn't rush and were still very thorough in their work and made sure we were aware of everything. Still, we completed in just 12 weeks. Highly recommend ORJ if you are buying a house.

Thank you Jade & Kimberley for the great service we received with the sale of our property. We were purchasing another property aswell however thanks to some great advice from Jade we decided it wasn’t quite right for us. Without her knowledge and expertise we may have found ourselves buying a house with quite alot of problems so we are very thankful for her support and honest view. We are now using ORJ for another house we are now purchasing and are looking foward to great service again. Thanks a lot ladies. Also, just to note through the whole process I had a completion date in mind and we managed to complete on that day thanks to a lot of chasing down chain also so thank you!

Property Sale
I had to sell my parents property after both went into residential care. This was a very upsetting time but all that I dealt with, especially Jade Orr, were professional and patient. There were a number of issues which they dealt with and made the whole process much easier.

Great service
Dealt with Jade head of property and Kimberly her assistant and other members of the team. Jade was always very professional and dealt with my inquiries appropriately. We had a long drawn out completion of our property sale and purchase due to ongoing chain which was out of our control but the team worked tirelessly to complete as soon as possible. Jade and Kimberly were very pleasant considering my number of phone calls and emails for update..
I would definitely recommend them.
