Kevin is a partner in the personal injury department and has primary responsibility for accidents at work. He has a specialist interest in claims arising from exposure to chemicals and biological hazards at work, and also handles claims involving serious life-changing injuries. He has considerable experience in supporting for trade union members in the South West, London and all over England. Kevin has advised on cases ranging from simple accidents and straightforward injuries in the workplace, to exposure to chemicals, sanitisers, dusts, viruses, bacteria and biological hazards. Kevin regularly advises construction workers, fabricators, welders, manufacturing workers, textile workers, firefighters, cleaners, nurses, health care assistants, paramedics and office workers. Through his career, Kevin has dealt with a range of diseases such as occupational asthma, occupational dermatitis, cancers, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), hand arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), deafness and long COVID. He has also dealt with many claims for armed forces and civilian personnel, both on ships at sea and on base from the build phase of the ships to use at sea and repairs on base.
