After being let down by another law company during a house sale which made us loose a lot of money - we turned to Cygnet Law to finish our Help To Buy Redemption as I knew they were local.
The price was competitive and Theresa, Helen and Mandy from the conveyancing team helped us complete this transaction. I didn't have to chase them once which was so refreshing.
They were honest and refunded a slight overpayment I'd made which I thought was very good of them as I wouldn't have noticed!

Buying and Selling made easy
Theresa Taylor, ably assisted by Michelle, made selling our house seem so easy and stress free. Nothing was too much trouble and everything happened quickly yet not rushed. Professional, Calm and Friendly
Moving home can be a particularly stressful time, especially when it has been a long time since it last happened. Theresa, Michelle, and the entire team made the whole experience so much easier with a thoroughly calm courteous and professional attitude.

Excellent and speedy service
We were recommended to use this firm of solicitors by our estate agent when selling our house. For ease and because we didn’t have a local solicitor, we agreed. We were extremely satisfied with Cygnet Law. Our buyers were very keen on a quick sale as they were cash buyers and currently in rented accommodation and we had already bought our new home, so there was no chain. From the time they were engaged until completion of the sale, it took only 3 weeks! This was astonishingly fast. Normally house sales can take forever, but Cygnet Law pulled out all the stops for us. Brilliant customer service and great communication.
