Jake is a Senior Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team. Jake’s principal practice areas are commercial litigation and construction, working with a broad spectrum of clients, from individuals to multi-million pound businesses. His experience covers a wide range of pre-action, County Court and High Court litigation involving consumer protection issues, professional negligence cases against professional advisers, shareholder and director disputes, technology sector disputes, consumer and commercial debt recovery, general contract disputes and construction matters. Jake also has experience advising on contentious probate disputes. Jake is listed as a key lawyer by The Legal 500.
