Support through the litigation process
I consuited Slee Blackwell on a medical negligence issue and was pleased to discover they could take on my case on a conditional fee basis. Although the legal process seems to take for ever they have kept me informed throughout.

Great company
I've been using Slee Blackwell solicitors,for a while now working with Clarissa Ellerington my solicitor,we have had a good few appointments over the phone ,and

Excellent client service
During this process I found my lawyer to be very supportive with excellent communication skills during a difficult and emotional time for me. I was listened to very carefully and all my questions were answered comprehensively and in a timely manner. She provided me with honest professional advice and guidance to allow me to make informed decisions. Compassionate, thorough, and outstanding legal support thus far

Outstanding service
Clarissa Ellerington has been my solicitor for quite a long time now due to the nature of my claim.
During this time Clarissa has shown great professionalism, support, understanding and empathy.
Clarissa has outstanding knowledge in the work that she delivers. This has been a very important factor for me. Any questions or worries that I may have are always responded to with great detail, in a timely manner and in a way that I can understand and feel confident with.
Clarissa has always kept me well informed during each step of my claim via email or telephone call. Professional, honest, supportive and empathetic.
I moved to slee blackwell to continue working with Clarissa Ellerington on my long standing medical negligence case. She took over my case after a very stagnant period where no progress was being made. In the 14 months she has managed it, she has made vast amount of progress. Always giving me good clear advice, communicating always within a timely manner and having an empathetic kind approach to my questions and concerns. I feel 100% confident that Clarissa has my best interests at heart and is working for the best possible outcome for my case. She has now secured a joint settlement meeting, something that 14 months ago seemed so far away to the point I'd actually given up hope. Swapping legal firms is always a hard decision to make, but the team at Slee Blackwell did all the work on my behalf and made the transition easy. Going through a medical negligence case is emotionally draining and more difficult than I ever imagined. Clarissa and the team have made the end of my case less stressful by their levels of communication and answering all my questions no matter how trivial. I'm so glad I went with my gut and swapped legal firms when I did.
