I recently used Howells Solicitors at Rotherham to deal with all the legal matters when selling one house and buying another. My solicitor was Tina Staves and I cannot recommend her too highly, she was excellent in every way. She deals with every detail quickly but thoroughly, leaving nothing to chance. She is really friendly and pleasant to deal with and is very efficient. She is excellent at her job. I have dealt with many solicitors over the years and Tina was the best by far. I would recommend her to everyone if they want a good job completed without fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. Her assistant Jessica Carnell was also really good, very friendly and helpful.

First time homebuyer
Tina was recommended to me by my mortgage advisor when purchasing my first home, and I'm so glad she was! Tina communicated with me on a regular basis to update me on each stage we were at and the time frames that were expected. She was extremely patient with my delayed replies around work and holidays, and ensured everything ran smoothly. It took just 12 weeks from having my offer accepted to being handed the keys. Couldn't ask for a better service
Tina already responded, dealt with everything fast. We were always kept in the loop and the house purchase went without any hitches from our side, only delays up the chain which were obvioulsy completely out of Tina's control, but she kept us up to date over the 6 months.

First Class!
Tina handled the sale of my house and the purchase of another in the most professional manner.
She was up to speed and on the case at all times and was ready to go very quickly. She had some particularly difficult characters to deal with in the chain and I was kept fully aware at every stage of the process and i believe that it was her sheer tenacity that hauled it over the finish line in the end. The fixed fee conveyancing was excellent value for money and although I lived a few hundred miles away from the office it felt as though she was just around the corner; the distance was never an issue. I would highly recommend Tina’s work, she and her team were amazing. First Class job! I would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to my friends and family.

Very helpful and responsive
Moving house can be a stressful experience. But, Tina and Jessica from Howells certainly did everything they could to make it less stressful and go through in a super-smooth fashion.
I chose Howells because of reviews just like mine, and they didn't disappoint.

Excellent service when house buying

Buying my first home
