I recently used Howells Solicitors at Rotherham to deal with all the legal matters when selling one house and buying another. My solicitor was Tina Staves and I cannot recommend her too highly, she was excellent in every way. She deals with every detail quickly but thoroughly, leaving nothing to chance. She is really friendly and pleasant to deal with and is very efficient. She is excellent at her job. I have dealt with many solicitors over the years and Tina was the best by far. I would recommend her to everyone if they want a good job completed without fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. Her assistant Jessica Carnell was also really good, very friendly and helpful.

Meticulous, prompt, and friendly--couldn't be better!
I've now used Howells for several issues, including conveyancing on two properties, and cannot speak highly enough of the service I've received from them.
Not only are the staff there all very friendly, they are also competent, meticulous in their approach to the work, and very quick to respond. Tina Staves has handled my conveyancing and I am particularly pleased with the work she's done for me.
I highly recommend Tina, and Howells, and will use them whenever I need a solicitor from now on.

Selling the property
I started using Howells Solicitors service in 2019 when I purchased the property. It was very good, the lower helped me was very helpful. I also sold my property through Howells which started 6 weeks ago. I was never expected that I complete the sell in less than 8 weeks, but will out any stress, by the help and advice of lower, I able to complete my selling process today. It's amazing help I have never seen.

House Sale & Purchase
Tina and Jessica handled both our sale and purchase amazingly, we can't speak highly enough of them. The chain was small, but came with lots of queries and meant constant chasing of information from other solicitors, which Tina did super efficiently. Communication at all stages was fantastic, the portal and online payment system made life really easy and Tina managed what was a really stressful move for us professionally throughout. Thank you both for your hard work - we would recommend Howells and Tina without doubt to anyone looking to move house.

Amazing Service
As a first time buyer I didn’t have much knowledge on how the process works when buying a house, but thanks to Tina Staves the process was a lot easier than expected and was completed very fast too! I cannot falter in any way and would recommend others to use this service.
