Sale of Inherited Property
Molly Curtis and Rachael Aydemir were our main contacts within TH.
There were lots of questions that were difficult to answer as the property was never lived in or owned by us- we inherited it.
Having little experience with conveyancing we found the language difficult to interpret in some instances were it was assumed everyone can speak "conveyancing".
Sometimes we didn't know where we were in the process or if the answers we had provided were adequate. But this improved towards the end of the sale.

Excellent service in the sale of my Mother’s house.
Excellent service from start to finish with regular updates and accessible personal visits when required, it has been a pleasure to deal with Rachael. Lydia and Molly - an excellent team !!

House sale
Very happy with the service. Rachael was always on call to answer my questions. I am very satisfied and I would certainly use Rachael again.
