Trainee Legal Executive
Nikki is a Trainee Legal Executive in the Clinical Negligence Department and is based in our Hull office. Her supervisor is Kerry Smales. Nikki joined Bridge McFarland LLP in early 2016. Before this, she worked in the Compensation Department at another firm of Solicitors for 8 years. Nikki helps clients with a variety of clinical negligence claims, including Cauda Equina Syndrome and amputations. As well as working on complex clinical negligence cases, Nikki has experience dealing with other claims, such as pressure sore and orthopaedic claims. Nikki believes that, whilst it is important to be professional, it is also very important to be friendly and approachable. She especially enjoys playing a part in improving clients’ lives following, often, such devastating/life changing injuries. Nikki finds it very rewarding when she is able to make a positive impact to her clients’ lives. Nikki studied at Lincoln University and has a BSc (Hons) Health Studies degree. When she is not working, Nikki likes to read and socialise. She also supports local charities where she can.
