Sam Hurley is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and works in our Residential Conveyancing Department. Sam specialises in helping you move home by dealing with buying and selling property, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, declaration of trusts and buy-to-let. Sam’s work encompasses a broad range of areas and property types and allows her to deal with a wide range of clients tailoring her advice to each individual client and their particular priorities. Sam recognises the importance of developing professional relationships and her proactive and personal approach is valued by clients, intermediaries and counterparts alike. Sam’s clients are typically individuals and so forming good relationships to work towards the end goal is very important. She engages with clients and intermediaries throughout a transaction in an attempt to keep all parties fully updated. This in turn tends to mean that issues are resolved as early as possible meaning that results can be reached efficiently. Sam has a friendly open manner which enables communication with all parties throughout a transaction. Outside of work Sam likes to spend time with her family and friends, attending music festivals and travelling.
