excellent service
I was informed every step of the way if I had a query they would answer my question straight away, also when they needed more information I answered them as soon as possible. When they sent e-mails to my estate agents asking them for more information I was also kept in the loop as well. On the day of completion they contacted me at the end to say that it has gone through

Fantastic service, always go the extra mile
Have used Easthams before and it’s always been a pleasure Kim O’Hara and Adele Woodhouse provide a friendly efficient service. They regularly update their clients and push to ensure that completions are made on time. Friendly and helpful they take the stress out of selling a house and keep you well informed as to what is happening. I can’t praise them enough

Successfull house purchase
Both Kim and Adele were very professional and helpful throughout the process. Always on top of everything, making sure I am aware of whats happening step by step and what else needs to be done to finalize purchese.

Simply The Best
We’ve used Kim O’Hara for conveyancing three times—in 2017, 2019, and 2024.
Before our latest sale, I emailed Kim with the contact details I had saved, only to discover she had left the company. When they replied to confirm she no longer worked for the company and offered someone else, I thought, 'No chance!' and busied myself tracking her down at Easthams. We all know solicitors can sometimes take a long time to answer emails, and I've not known anyone as efficient as Kim, so I wasn't going to risk it.
Kim and her assistant, Adele, consistently go above and beyond. Their process is quick & seamless. Even if conveyancing were run like a military operation, it wouldn’t match their level of efficiency, effectiveness and speed. They really helped speed up our sale and their service has always been professional and impeccable.
Unfortunately, having now immigrated, we won’t be able to use Kim and Adele’s services again, but we cannot recommend them highly enough.

The best conveyancing service I’ve ever used
Kim and Adele assisted with the purchase of a property for the rental property portfolio I share with my brother. It was the first time that I’d used Easthams, and can safely say this has been the best conveyancing
experience I’ve had to-date. I found Kim and Adele to be extremely professional, knowledgable and accessible. They were quick to respond to queries, clear in their communication and i wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Consistently good experience
We had another great experience with Adele and Kim, they were approachable and answered every question we had (which were many) quickly and tenaciously drove the process forward even when the sellers solicitor was moving slowly. Highly Recommend- second time we have worked with Kim and Adele and wouldn't use any other team
