Guardianship process
I am very pleased to share that my recent experience with Hunter & Robertson solicitors of Paisley, in connection with a guardianship process for my daughter, was nothing but a first class experience from start to finish. I must add that Lesley-Ann Sturgeon held my hand all the way through the process, providing timely and invaluable assistance.

guardianship
i found this process very good and understood it takes time but Lesley-Ann was only a call away when i needed anything or answers. Lesley-Ann was very efficient and understanding with my case and would go back to her in future with any issues i had that she could deal with. highly recommend.

Guardianship application
Lesley-Ann supported me during the application for guardianship for my son. She was helpful, knowledgable and made sure that I understood what was happening at each stage. She was happy to answer any questions and made the entire process far less stressful than it could have been! Mothers Guardianship Application.
I had an initial Meeting with Lesley-Ann at the very start of the process, in November 2023. Not familiar with this process, Lesley-Ann provided a comprehensive explanation of the various stages and approximately how long they should take. Very personable, Lesley-Ann was thorough and professional throughout my dealings with her. She kept me constantly updated on each of the steps and provided realistic timelines.
It was a pleasure dealing with Lesley-Ann and I would highly recommend her to anyone else going through the Guardianship Process, where her deep domain knowledge and personable approach ensured a successful outcome.

Guardianship
