As a director and Head of the Family Department Director, I am responsible for the family department. I am also responsible for the firm’s marketing. In my role as a Family Solicitor, I can help with all aspects of family law including divorce, civil partnership dissolution and the financial issues that follow a relationship breakdown. I specialise in issues regarding children such as child contact arrangements and residence disputes. I also advise on the preparation of cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and change of name deeds. I provide mediation for all family matters, including divorce, separation, finances and children issues. I love that we are a local firm with offices in market towns. Ward Gethin Archer are very involved in the local communities and attend many events from careers fairs to summer carnivals. It is great getting out and about and meeting local people throughout the year. I have also set up East Anglian Women in Business (EAWIB), sponsored by Ward Gethin Archer, which is a free monthly networking group with meetings held at several locations in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. EAWIB provides a platform for local business women to meet and share their knowledge and expertise.
