BBSLaw have acted on our behalf on two separate occasions for buying our council house/flat.
We cannot thank them enough as a family for all the help and support they have provided us, and for acting on our behalf.
We particularly would like to thank Eoin, Jake and Joanne for all their hard work throughout both purchases over the years because without you we wouldn’t have been able to do this. Purely because as a family buying properties and solicitors is something we’ve never had to deal with before, and we were extremely anxious as we had no idea where to being.
However, due to their fantastic communication we felt calm and relived from the get go as Jake and Eoin explained every step of the process and always kept us up to date. So much so, we literally never had to wait longer than a day for a response if we ever had a question.
As a company they have gone above and beyond for us and on both occasions taken into account both of my nanas needs and illnesses and even visited us at their houses. This is something we will be forever grateful for.
