Professional and courteous firm, reasonably priced nothing and particular to steer clear of, however they have lost the personal touch of Duncan Clarke I didn’t feel I had someone on my side looking to update me or progress my case, I very much felt just another number or email in a file to be ticked off. Wouldn’t use again myself as DC had previously set the bar much higher.
