Excellent Service
This was not the easiest of property purchases as the seller wasn’t completely honest, it took 12 months but Kerry and her team were brilliant. Kept me informed along the way and gave very good advice. Would definitely use them again for further property purchases

Kerry Taff - Best solicitor we have used
Kerry is exceptional. I've worked with many solicitors over the years and struggled to find a good one that works with you instead of against you. Response times and knowledge is key and Kerry is great with both. Many deals are complex with many moving parts and so you need to be confident in the legal team you have supporting you, which we are now super happy with.

Excellent service from Kieran Clarke Green solicitors
I recently completed the purchase of my first house with Kieran Clarke Green solicitors and I couldn't be happier with the service I received and for a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
Kerry Taff managed my account and she was very knowledgeable, communicative and proactive in her duties, as well as always being polite and friendly but highly professional.
As a first time buyer I had lots of questions and requests for advice and Kerry was always willing to help and give me her opinion and was always quick to respond to my emails.
