A real positive experience. Communication was clear and frequent. All our questions and queries were dealt with efficiently.

Excellent service throughout
Kerry was on point throughout the sale of my HMO property. I had sold many houses over the years but never a HMO with active tenants in play.
Kerry demonstrated domain expertise for HMO rentals and the best thing is she was always available and kept me updated of progress throughout the process. I would definitely recommend.

Transfer of property and 2nd charge mortgage
An accurate quote was provided for services undertaken
Communication initially was infrequent but improved and was generally good.
The 2nd charge mortgage was more complex than initially anticipated but was dealt with effectively.
