I’ve recently completed on a sale and purchase and Amphlett Lissimore in Crystal Palace acted on my behalf.
This was my 4th time being involved in a purchase or sale (but my first time doing both simultaneously!) and the team made it as painless as possible. Particularly big thanks to Joe who was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. Also thanks to Stephanie, who covered while Joe was on holiday, she was amazing during a very very stressful period in the purchase. I've never before dealt with a firm who was quite so responsive, attentive and professional. Huge thank you!

Professional
The service was both professional and personal. Mine was not the easiest of transactions but, at every point in the journey, I was kept up to date. Both Joe and Neelam went out of their way in order to smooth the process. I cannot thank them enough.

Would recommend
One of our big anxieties when first looking to buy property was finding the right solicitors/ conveyancers, so we spent a lot of time researching and looking for recommendations of local firms. We saw great things about Amphlett Lissimore at 18944, so thought we'd reach out to see what our initial impressions were and what they would quote us. From the initial contact with Joe, through to calls with Sheldon, emails with Steph, and our regular email contacts with Nigel, the whole process has been seamless from their side - despite us having numerous issues crop up with the actual property purchase (through no fault of theirs!). Nigel has always been incredibly quick to respond, which has been a huge relief, and has answered what we felt were silly questions with kindness and wisdom, that has been very reassuring through some tricky and stressful moments. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Amphlett Lissimore, and Nigel, and for this very reason we will be looking to speak with them about other services we need moving forwards, and would recommend them to others in a heartbeat.
