She also deals with re-mortgages, equity release, deeds of variation, deeds of surrender and re-grant of leases as well as high value property purchases. Rebecca qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2010 and spent several years as a Partner and Head of Residential Property in a well respected local firm before joining Tozers. Rebecca is a member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and is also Conveyancing Quality Scheme Accredited. Rebecca is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complex legal aspects of buying, selling, and owning residential properties with confidence and peace of mind.
