Hulusi started his legal journey in 1994 as a paralegal after completing his Law and Politics Degree. Hulusi worked with and was trained by Karen Todner. He qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and in 2005 Hulusi became a Partner and the Director of Kaim Todner having responsibly for their North London Office and then the Police Station Department. He was also responsible for training people to provide legal advice at the police stations and oversaw all the cases.
