Luis is our Housing Disrepair Litigation Team Leader, and has over 3 years of experience in the field. He began his career with a Housing Association, eventually becoming a Housing Officer and then a Paralegal. He joined Courmacs Legal Ltd in April 2023, leading our team and instils a passion within his team to advocate for each and every client. Originally from Mallorca, as a child Luis moved to Oswaldtwistle in Lancashire and continues to reside there with his family. Luis is very family orientated and spends time with his wife and 4 children and enjoys various sports and retail therapy. “I have previously worked my way up within the Housing Sector and have a real passion for making a positive difference to people’s lives. When I was previously a Housing Officer I would regularly engage and assist individuals and families ensuring that they could succeed with their tenancies, whilst also engaging with their local community. As I have moved to working within Housing Disrepair claims, my passion has not diminished and I feel that not only am I able to help our clients in having their homes repaired, I ensure that they receive the maximum level of compensation to which they are entitled.”
