Excecutor Duties made less stressfull by an efficient legal team.
My experience as sole executor to my close friend estate was certainly made far less stressfull knowing I had a very dedicated legal team on hand guiding me through the many complicated issues the estate brought foward.
Inheritance tax and dealing with the virtually uncontactable Inland revenue turned into a stressfull nightmare for myself - Emma and her team never relented in chasing IR to secure the Probate Certificate that we desperateley required to be able to despose of the properties within the estate and ultimately reduce the 1% per/day interest rate the underperforming IR imposed on the estate.
