Tom Bessant
Having worked with Tom for sometime he continues to impress. Tom is a real thinker and puts himself in the shoes of his client....he picks up the phone and makes things happen, meeting deadlines, sorting issues and doing it all in a manner that is disarming as opposed to confrontational. Highly recommended Solicitors in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
I recently appointed Solicitor Mr Tom Bessant from Parker Bullen LLP based in Salisbury to represent me in dealing with a complex Lease assignment with a large commercial tenant. Church Property Transfer

Great Service
Recently sold an ex-rental property and used Tom Bessant to handle the legal stuff.
The purchasers had many queries but all enquiries were handled speedily and the property was sold.
I could not have found anyone with the patience and expertise that Tom showed.

Parker Bullen Solicitors Salisbury
Parker Bullen acted for me in the purchase of a retirement flat arising from a deceased estate. I found all the people I dealt with to be friendly yet professional. Harassment and GDPR Breach
The solicitor I dealt with and the assistants were fine, I dealt with one of the partners who showed no empathy, was rude and very unprofessional.
Breached GDPR guidelines due to this I would not recommend this company.

Excellent conveyancing work

Commercial Leasehold extension
