Hillingdon Hospital
Fantastic win, considering they said to me as my mother was nursing her fractured wrist after her fall while in the care of a nurse, we have no funds to pay for damages after admitting liability, this win shows that NHS are not always right. Payment is a just win.

Hillingdon Hospital
It was great to find a firm that would take on our case, Aged Concern put us on to Wolferstans solictor's.They we're longer then i thought,but won our case.Resulting in a nice return £11.250 for a fall my mother had in a hospital !!!!!.She just had a OP for a Fracture Hip & a nurse came next day for my mother to get up & try walking as soon as possible,which while in her Care Fell resulting in a fracture wrist.My mother then developed ulcers on her arm thru careless casting on the arm(to tight).After admitting liabilty said they had No Resource's left.Well what can i Say; Liar's
