Gemma started in Conveyancing in 2005 working within a Repossession Sales Department of a national law firm, based in their Bradford office. During her time there she progressed from assistant to fee earner and became a member of the Technical Team, dealing with the rectification of complex titles and advising lender clients. This is where her passion for conveyancing began. Gemma went on to residential conveyancing, joining a Leeds based conveyancing firm in 2014 and became Team Leader whilst studying for her licence. She qualified with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers in 2017. Gemma was Highly Commended as Young Conveyancer of the Year at the 2015 LFS Conveyancing Awards. Gemma enjoys all aspects of property law but in particular, leasehold, new build and shared ownership.
