I was appointed as a Magistrate in the mid 2000’s and enjoyed my time on the West Berkshire Bench. I practised in the South East prior to relocating to Wiltshire in 2014.

Deep knowledge, thoroughness and a sense of humour
Kim managed to discover issues which estate agents, planning consultants and surveyors should have found out or declared which saved us from making expensive errors. She did not bother us with "unnecessary noise".

Great local legal services
We have used Bevirs for the sale of three properties and the purchase of one, also Powers of Attorney for two people and the preparation of Wills for one. In addition to this was the settlement of an Estate.

House buying and selling
I have done business with Kim Thurston before and she was practical and helpful as ever. We had a difficult and problematic conveyancing trip which was at no time caused by Kim - quite the contrary! She was always there for us and pushing as far as her remit would allow to get our sale and move through. We could not recommend Kim and her team highly enough.
