I am not suprised this firm shut
We had a trainee solicitor who had to seek advice off solicitors in other firms she then though she would still disagree told me i had no choice but to go pakistan i didnt want to health issues she tried to convince my partners cousin as he was paying and then i was rushed into passports etc until i finally collapsed and she got it that i could not go she told the home office as she should have first time we work together on his case but she would pull him into a room on his own leaving me stood outside on my own she was i experienced and i had to do so much work
Then the decision came
Could not reach her was told she had flown out of the country day our decision came
Our decision was on the heads desk a week
I rang up to see if any decision and he said this i said its been there and you did not tell us he said makes no difference you wont win
We had two days
Went to the fantastic salam and co mr salam worked all weekend to deal with our refusal he then got ali rizvi to deal and he was fantastic he won our appeal he knew his stuff
I am to this day upset with what hsk did
