This was my second time using Claire. My first time buying process went very smoothly. However, this time round we had two house sales fallen through. Throughout this Claire was excellent through the process and reassured me through it. She was quick on responses, professional and respectful throughout. I would highly recommend and will be using her again in the future.

We were kept well informed but there was a delay initially as no correspondence was received asking for the deposit before things could start. The transactions were completed in a timely manner and all paperwork sent/emailed or collected and returned expeditiously.
