I used Prosperity Law (Chelsey then Judith O'Brien) for my divorce. My divorce was difficult and stressful and I ranted (unfairly) my Judith many times due to my ex-husband lying, not responding and generally being difficult. Judith handled it all with professionalism and respect - which I thank her for. Judith will not tell you what you want to hear, she will tell you what is right and what will assit you making a decision - this was really helpful and enabled me to understand the process, what I needed to do and the likely outcome at each step. Highly recommend.

20 months and still holding 45000GBP of my funds that were sent

50000GBP sale for an apartment in Manchester City center constructed by Legacie in Liverpool.
RW invest the agent advised to use the Law firm and took over 5000GBP.

I paid around 400GBP which was taken twice by the Prosperity Law, I have since had these amounts refunded when I have complained that the Law firm has been acting on a scamming case with them involved pushing me to transfer them another 45000GBP from my personal bank account.

I was told the developments construction would start at the end of March 2022, which did not happen. I requested a full refund because of the breach of contract on the money transferred to prosperity law directly into their business account.

20 months and they have failed to contact myself knowing that I am out of the country. They have refunded the initial 2 payments of 400gbp approximate however the funds of 45000gbp have still not been returned to my account.

I directly transferred the money from my personal account to prosperity law llc.

I still await the refund

Recommended by RW invest on the purchase of an off-plan apartment in Manchester being constructed by Legacie based in Liverpool, who have been recently contacted.

The project start date of construction given was not met, a refund was requested for the deposit and 15% of the property value that I had paid based on the project starting on the correct start date.

I am still out of pocket by 50000GBP in total and 45000GBP was transferred directly to Prosperity LAW. RW invest who have also taken over 5000GBP in commission from the project.

Prosperity law refunded the initial payment to use their service of around 400GBP and had taken this payment twice. However, they still hold the funds that are to be released back to my personal bank in the region of 45000GBP to my account.

20 months since taking the funds the money has not been released back to my bank account.

A close friend recommended Chelsey as we needed support on a complicated legal matter. Though it became clear that this issue needed a litigation solicitor, Chelsea remained supportive throughout the call with sound advice and direction at a time when we were struggling to understand the next steps to a resolution of a complicated matter involving multiple parties and charges against our property that originated from within a historic divorce and legal settlement.
