The initial phone call I had with Sabz was very good. Took a lot of information from me about our case and provided advice free of charge. We then paid a one time fee for the whole process no matter how long it took.
Very fairly priced and in line with other firms we approached.

Our first appointment with the senior immigration lawyer was fine, took all our details and explained the application process.
After this we were handed to a trainee that wasn’t particularly responsive and went on a training course at the time we wanted to submit our application.
So we swapped to Hamza Khan, he was always available if we called and replied to emails very promptly. He got the application and all supporting information put together and submitted very quickly. Just make sure you proof read the application as there was a couple of mistakes but they were rectified immediately.

Over all, they’re a very responsive firm and their work got our spouse visa approved, well before the home office deadline. Personally I wouldn’t attempt this alone and risk rejection so give them a call!
