We were introduced to HC via Bovis in order to facilitate a smooth conveyance for our new property. We were already using another Solicitor for the sale of our house and I must admit we did find it a bit stressful sometimes having to deal with two Solicitors, particularly when it came to organising back to back contracts at exchange.
Zoe Morris is a charming and professional Solicitor. Zoe was happy to meet with us after we had received her report and go through a lot of detail that we didn't understand.
Overall we feel our experience with all HC staff was good, although we did receive an incorrect completion statement which had to be corrected.

They say moving is stressful but the team I had on board throughout my sale and purchase pulled out all the stops to get both over the line. In all I had six dealing with all the aspects on both.
I had a problem that my lease showed a parking space my Landlord just took away to build a driveway to another property. He thought it could be resolved with a Variation Agreement but the Land Registry rejected this so my team got to work with surrendering my original lease issuing a new one but in the name of my purchasers to speed things up and saved the day.
