Highly recommended probate lawyer with a fabulous assistant.

Henrietta Brett and her assistant Jane are a fabulous team. When our mother died rather suddenly none of us had any experience of probate or adminstering an estate. We arranged a free chat with Henrietta to see if she could help us; reassured by how approachable, informative and capable she seemed, we decided to hire her. I'm sure this is an extremely stressful process for everyone, but for us there were extra complications. Henrietta and Jane completely understood our situation, and dealt with everything in an exceptionally calm, professional manner, whilst being truly human and friendly at the same time. Between them they made a difficult time slightly easier, and we are very grateful to both of them.

Completing probate for my fathers estate

I have been very pleased with the whole process involved in the preparation of my Will. All the staff that I met at Burnett Barker were friendly, helpful and efficient.
