Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, not had an update on our purchase since 20th September, no response to any emails, the person I need to speak to is never in the office & whoever I do speak to assures they’ll call me back, which never happens.

What an absolute gem of a solicitors these are. My solicitors were Veronica and Tracy, from start to finish they were very informative about the progress of the buying and selling of my homes, it did get stressful to me towards the very end through no fault of ours but my buyers, Veronica and Tracy dealt with this very well and kept me calm at the same time.
I would have no problem in recommending Beeston Shenton Solicitors and I shall use them in any future business.

I appreciate it's a weird title, but the stress I was going through was affecting my health. In one phone call Iain took it all away which meant I slept better knowing he was handling the commercial issues that had been keeping me awake worrying all night. Very professional firm, I dealt with Tracy and Veronica, with regards to buying and selling my house. They were both amazing, very pro active, and got things done. They were always looking out for my best interests, always took my calls and ran through the smallest of details with me. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. As a first time buyer I felt out of my depth, however the solicitors at Beeston Shenton completely eased my worries and guided me through the entire legal process of buying a property. Each step of the process was clearly explained to me as well as what was needed from me. Furthermore the Beeston Shenton mobile app was incredibly useful, it was a great tool in showing me the step by step process, as well as seeing the progress of the legal process.
