Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, not had an update on our purchase since 20th September, no response to any emails, the person I need to speak to is never in the office & whoever I do speak to assures they’ll call me back, which never happens.

What an absolute gem of a solicitors these are. My solicitors were Veronica and Tracy, from start to finish they were very informative about the progress of the buying and selling of my homes, it did get stressful to me towards the very end through no fault of ours but my buyers, Veronica and Tracy dealt with this very well and kept me calm at the same time.
I would have no problem in recommending Beeston Shenton Solicitors and I shall use them in any future business.

Very friendly and professional service provided throughout the sale of our home. The reason it was a 4 star and not a 5 is because sometimes it was difficult to try to speak to someone on the phone. We had to leave messages at other times for a call back, but again sometimes it never happened.

I highly recommend the conveyancing team at Beeston Shenton Solicitors, particularly for their professionalism and competence under pressure. Our experience, though initially turbulent due to a land registry issue and the unfortunate loss of one of their fee earners halfway through the process, turned out to be very positive.
Initially, we were quite shaken and experienced a lull in updates and service, which left us worried. However, after speaking with Tracey, Emma and Veronica, our confidence was fully restored. All three were outstanding in their roles; their communication was clear and concise, whether through calls or emails, and they worked diligently to resolve our issues.
Thanks to their efforts, the stress of the transaction was significantly reduced, making the process much more bearable for my parents. Veronica, in particular, is an exemplary leader with a firm grip on the conveyancing processes at the firm. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, steering her team to perform at their best.
For anyone needing conveyancing services, I wholeheartedly recommend Beeston Shenton Solicitors and their dedicated team.
