Abandoned when needed most
They said they would help me with my case, instead they dumped me as a client without doing the main thing I asked them to do. Now I can't find anyone else to take on my case and my barrister won't represent me without a solicitor, leaving me completely alone and unsupported. They didn't even bother to speak with me when there was some miscommunication. This all could have been avoided if they bothered to communicate. Instead they closed ranks and left me in the lurch at a really crucial time. Now there's no hope of anything ever getting better, they've caused me great pain and distress by stating they would help, then ditching me, meaning I'll never have the opportunity to get my life back all because they hated me. It was so incredibly cruel of them to ditch me and leave me with no options, completely alone. All I wanted from them was to do their job and to follow the judge's orders, but they refused and they don't care now nothing can happen without me having lawyers and I'll never be able to get my life back.

We approached Vine Law for the writing of our Will. Our solicitor (Cath Collins) made the process simple to understand, was patient and compassionate while ensuring the process was straightforward. Was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this law firm and Mrs Collins.

Amazing solicitors, real personal touch, would recommend to anyone
I would recommend Vine Law to anyone. Kim was amazing in helping me navigate the uncharted waters of negotiating an employment settlement agreement that I was very happy with. She was kind, empathetic, quick to respond to my queries and clearly explained the different elements of the process from start to finish in a very difficult time. What was particularly notable was that Kim really took the time to understand the complex nature of my case, which made me feel that I could put all of my trust in her. Thankyou Kim.
