Brilliant Service

Thank you to Gabrielle and Leanne for their amazing service, nothing was ever too much. They explained everything every step of the way to us and were very proactive, I haven't had to chase one thing. They were always friendly and helpful with any queries we had and they have kept us up to date with the whole process of our sale. Thankyou so much.

Communication issues within the branch

IT systems were down so communication between staff wasn’t the best. Staff were pleasant but it was apparent no one spoke to one another and kept each other up to date unfortunately.
Have emailed with some issues arising after purchase but no response.

Great service all round in particular from Samantha Bruton the Conveyancing Executive who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process, always on hand to accurately answer queries through phone calls and emails in a timely manner, which has made the buying and selling process much easier!

Just outstanding ty

We didn't know my late brother was ill nor did he as he just bought a 2024 diary! When Rosalyn and I spoke for the first time I knew my brother's affairs were in safe hands for this I'm truly grateful. From day 1 to the end family and I knew it would completed at a Professional level. Thank you to you all more so to dear Rosalyn.
