We were recommended to Lancashire Law by the agent selling a property we wished to buy. After a previous abortive purchase by a third party fell through, we as cash buyers, offered a quick completion in return for a reduced price. The vendor put us under pressure to keep to a quick completion and Lancashire Law helped us keep our promise. We dealt with Ellie Uttley and Belinda Thomasson. We were very impressed with their service. We found them knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and very commercial in understanding and helping us deliver our promise of a quick completion. We intend using them again for other matters, because they were so available, when we had queries. What more can I say, but very happy to recommend them to others.
