Unresponsive, unreliable and zero interest on helping

Poor customer service - they are not helpful at all.

Need to chase them on a regular basis for a simple update, zero interest in my situation and no involvement. Have already submitted a complaint given their customer service and it's been more than a month and haven't even received a response or someone approaching me to investigate the situation.

The team has changed more than 3 times, no communication, no responses, etc.
Stay away from this firm and anyone trying to help you.

Brilliant service!

Elena took the time to listen and take my comments on board, she was clear and understanding. Vaqas was my first point of contact, both himself and Elena were very friendly. The interpreter was very good and everything was explained in a clear and concise manner. Keep up the brilliant service!

Mr Vaqas Latif got the best outcome

Very helpful, excellent work. The case went on for 9 months because of Covid but kept me up to date at all times. Mr Latif and the office staff were friendly and very helpful and I got the best outcome that I could have got.

Very friendly lawyers

I am extremely satisfied with Rees Clayton Solicitors. A very special thanks to Vaqas Latif regarding the advice and help he gave me. The efficiency of the service I received from Rees Clayton on what was a time-sensitive instruction was very impressive. Lawyer paid great attention to detail and explaining clearly any queries I raised. Rees Clayton Solicitors has certainly provided me with a great service and would highly reccommend to friends and family.

Excellent service.

Rees Clayton have been very responsive, keeping me up to date with all information, even late at night to reassure me. Excellent paralegal involved (Leah), great solicitor and a very supportive knowledgeable barrister. I'm more than satisfied, I have never been through anything like this before and was very surprised at how supportive Rees Clayton was.

Recommended solicitors, my case took a long time to get to court, albeit not their fault but Rees Clayton got the job done in the end.

Although my claim is still on-going, I feel this is more than deserved for the effort Rees Clayton, more specifically Mark Winton has and is still putting into my claim.

Through-out the whole process of the claim, Mark has been fantastic. Always in contact with me to keep me updated with the process and what’s going on behind the scenes. Mark has been working on my case since the beginning and has made the difficult situation stress free, from someone who has never had to deal with this kind of situation before.

I could not recommend Mark enough for the hard work he puts in, and has a good personal report with his clients, whilst maintaining a professional approach to his work.

Hopefully I am never in this situation again where I need to use a solicitor for an injury claim. However, if I am Mark would definitely have a returning client.

Thanks again to Mark Winton, and the rest of the Rees Clayton team for going above and beyond.

Kyle Prentice.
