I started my legal dispute with a high street solicitor but was very unhappy with the service that was provided. I transferred to Laker Legal under Mr Hirst’s care and was immediately impressed with the service I received. Mr Hirst is very approachable and empathetic whilst at the same time being realistic and extremely business like. The service I received was efficient and effective, emails and telephone calls attended to promptly from as early as 6am to 8pm in the evening including weekends. From the moment Mr Hirst took over my case, he inspired confidence, reduced my anxiety, and a protracted and unpleasant experience in my life was made bearable from that moment until he achieved a very satisfactory outcome for me. Overall, and on reflection, the service Mr Hirst provided was far superior in all respects to the high street service I started with and provided excellent value for money. I have utilised the services of John Hirst, at Laker Legal for a number of reasons.

My circumstances were not simple or straightforward. John was diligent, professional, human, and very supportive but also honest and transparent.

John dealt well with my difficult needs, as I am a tricky customer. He was accommodating, and resourceful throughout.

He handles stressful situations with high level of integrity and professionalism.

John was reflective and able to re-adjust his position which due to the nature of the private law proceedings, some flexibility was required.

I have already recommended John to friends and family.

Going through anything involving the law is stressful and difficult but I felt confident that John would do his very best, and although there was never going to be a best case scenario he worked hard to ensure that my position and wishes were represented accurately and appropriately.

I also felt that the team working alongside were exceptional and complimented the work ethic.
