They disappear off work for over a week, just before we are ready to sign exchange contracts only to find they’ve not handed their case over to anybody!!!! They’ve not sent out the TR1, they’ve not responded to the other parties solicitor in over two weeks!!! We are ready to exchange!!!! They’ve done nothing!!!! Nobody can get hold of them on the phone or by email!! We have a window to exchange so the seller can find somewhere to rent as they’ll be away for four months after that and means the sale falls through!!! The seller is dying and needs the equity to pay for he immunotherapy in Germany and you’re literally killing her with your incompetence. You people are utterly heartless!

Towards the end of my remortgage, anxiety set in as I observed I was short of thousands of pounds from the Lender. Cycled through multiple solicitors through first time buying experience who were unattentive to the needs of first time buyers, ignoring local policies such as coal searches leading to delays in transactions. It got so bad with their lack of communication that the developers threatened to retract their offer, but were reluctant because of our persistance and acknowledged delays laid with Gorvins.
