Totally incompetent

Absolutely disgraceful bunch of conmen and women. They should be ashamed of themselves. I think that they should be struck off immediately before they inflict more misery upon another client.

Please be warned that these "solicitors" are not there to help you. They are there to take as much out of the Legal Aid system as they can and make you suffer whilst they are doing so. It keeps this bunch of incompetent twits busy doing nothing.

Also the letters they send you have the wrong information on them. They know how to twist and elongate a simple defence case. Very bad experience and I am still suffering. They don't have any empathy for their clients. Please avoid them if you know what's good for you. They will pass you onto three different "solicitors" for a simple fabricated and alleged offence. The reason they do this is so that no one person in their totally corrupt firm is held accountable for their failings. Well I have typed their names below to protect other people.

I hope whoever reads this will take my advice - you have been warned!!!

worst criminal defence lawyer in england working for the worst legal firm in brtiain AVOID !

this individual represented me at Uxbridge magistrates court and done her job absolutely appallingly and stated overzealously stated that the offence for which I had been accused was serious as if were a case that the crown court would hear and stated that if I pleaded not guilty I would be sent to crown court how clumsy could she get she was not on my side and kept on waffling about what I did was serious once again when it wasn't that serious at all it was a minor offence by her words my mental health increased she basically wasn't bothered in representing her client and came to magistrates court to do a botched job and then go to wear she needs to go uninterested in defending her supposed client till the end and getting them out she was the cause of me being remanded by the district judge and sent to prison for a month not once did this supposed lawyer of 14 years experience write to me in prison in relation to the next hearing or give me her card I was taken to court out of the blue and represented by poorly trained solicitors with a lack of experience in dealing with clients as if they are human beings not as if they are animals they lack in empathy with their clients and do not care about their wellbeing or anything at the end of the day a solicitors job is to represent their clients and defend the opposite side what a despicable law firm this is I suspect they have an agenda and I don't know what it is the SRA needs to investigate this firm's nasty and overreactive policies this is not a top city law firm or a popular high street firm who are well known for their excellent services so their is no need for this firm to attribute themselves as being such why this firm has not being struck off of the law societies register is alien to me because they do not have the right to poorly represent their supposed clients and give them a botched service furthermore Ramdeep Nizer should be sacked or disciplined for her poor performance never mind her 14 years of experience in the criminal law sector she knows nothing and has no care in the world for her supposed clients who she is supposed to be representing by profession that's what she is meant to be payed for !

the kind of law firm which needs to go out of business

this company can't be trusted to represent anyone. One of their Crown Court advocates is a man called Nick Cotter, who supports Anna Soubry in attempting to overturn the vote to leave the EU. He spends much time sneering at decent people on social media, who voted to Leave.
No British law firm should employ a man who is both personally unpleasant, and supports treason.

rude , krafty , incompetent and dishonest senior managing partner with no professional ettequttes and who thinks we owe this firm some sort of favour when they in actual fact apalling in their service

the managing partner of this firm Andrew cosma is a rude , negligent unprofessional and worthless individual who feels that the clients owe him some sort of level of respect but when he and his lawyers fail to perform outstanding acceptable levels of customer service and representation its a whole different story there seems to be some double standards in place of Mr cosma and the lawyers appointed and instructed to deal with your case in court that comes with poor poor levels of customer service and loyalty towards the client if anything this firm will foolishly take the other side which is the most delusional and thing for a law firm to be doing I have never heard of such a law firm who operate in a bizarrely negligent fashion its alien to me and I'm sure the rest of their supposed clients who like anyone would feel very furious and will be enraged with sheer anger towards their incompetent solicitors there's no other way about it but martin Murray and associates accepting their grievous errors and going through a change of directors of managing partners just closing down completely because at the end of the day they are providing a terrible service to their clients and are not doing them any favours in reality as the suppose to portraying have done so !

Do NOT use this solcitiors

Litigators secretaries give bad advice and do not see the prisoner. They fight back when told we didn't want to proceed with their service. They use up all legal aid so no appeal can be heard. Prisoners have no voice and family is not listened to. I wouldn't recommend using this solicitors.
