I was always informed with the progress, and what I needed to do next. The service was also cheaper than other quotes I recieved, so I'm very glad I chose WGA.

Robin was almost always available on a phone without the need to go to another person (PA) which was very refreshing as for dealing with solicitor was concerned. He answered all our queries patiently and adequate

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Robin. We have sold two houses and bought one so there have been lots of complexities but Robin has been brilliant throughout. Both buyer and seller used the same solicitors as we thought this would simplify matters. This did not seem to be the case. Queries were raised by the solicitor despite knowing the nature of the sale and knowing that the buyer would have been able to answer the query. Information was only passed when I contacted the solicitor and had the process not been as advanced I would have taken my business elsewhere. Unfortunately it has to be said that from my experience this is not out of the ordinary for any conveyancing solicitor.
