James's local knowledge was so useful
We were selling our mothers house and agreed to get Hannah James / Manchesters to cover as agent and conveyencing solicitors. Our mother moved into a ...care home. Would recommend and would instruct him again.
Very professional service on a probate house sale. The transaction entailed some legal complexities which Mr Manchester dealt with carefully and thoro...ughly. Mr Manchester is a very personable and able lawyer, who advised my sister and I with great care and attention to detail. His fees represent very good value for money as he gives his clients a tailored, individual service, unlike some conveyancing firms that take more of a conveyor-belt approach.
