I used this company as they were referred via my insurance company. Communication was a little slow in the beginning but it was just as the Covid pandemic was starting so I think lots of companies were overwhelmed. Most of the treatments were arranged through them and so I didn’t need to pay until the settlement.” Although it has taken nearly 6 years to conclude once I was in touch with Estelle Gallagher speaking to them because easier and communication became more frequent. She was always there to help with any of my questions and kept me updated on the claim.
