Superbly gifted solicitor who carried out each legal aspect of my case to the nth degree. On completion, I am awestruck deliberating upon her excellence, tenacity & totally supportive manner throughout a totally flexible process. Her welcoming manner and clarity, explaining legal options was beyond excellence. He pace, tact and speedy decisiveness in discussions as well as sum ups were a joy to see in action, (notably if one's client's & husband's memory differed from day to day). Preparation to attend various consultants removed fear of my being in a hospital setting, allowing me to engage in these vital assessments. After being hit by a drunk driver, I contacted several solicitors to explore my options. Most seemed to be uninterested or mainly focused on financial outcome. HCC were the complete opposite – from my very first call they showed genuine concern for my wellbeing and provided over two years of unwavering support. Communication was consistent and transparent throughout – nothing was ever too much or too little for them, and they were always happy to answer my questions (no matter how daft) I’m incredibly grateful to Joe Dodman, Katie and Patrick them for their professionalism, kindness and dedication to both me and my case.
