I had a claim with regards to my tenancy. For which they helped me in every step and guided me along the journey. Special thanks to Heather and Kayleigh for all the assistance.

Heather and her team alongside tenant angels dealt with my deposit protection claim for me. When I initially enquired about the claim I was very anxious and apprehensive about making the claim against my ex-landlord due to ongoing issues with my tenancy. Heather and her team were very reassuring and made me feel much more comfortable. They gave me all of the information and reassurance that I needed to help me make an informed decision and gave me plenty of time to think about it without putting me under any pressure to make a quick decision.

They made what I thought would be a very stressful experience pretty much stress free. The last six months of my tenancy were a living nightmare and Heather and her team have most definitely been the light at the end of a long and dark tunnel.
